Recovering from a nasty ankle ligaments injury. Any tips on strengthening are very welcome. 3months from injury and walking well, running is still painful in heel & inside lower shin.

Got a few problems with shin pains at the moment. Had to drop back on running. Currently training for London marathon. Finding it hard due to injuries.
