I have seen the light, but forgot where the switch was to turn it on again.
I used to run but I have not run for a number of years due to reoccuring shinsplint problems.
training for a 10k run and a half marathon. suffer from shinsplints
Ran a lot as a youth, At the grand old age of 37 I thought Id give it another go - I still love it however shinsplints are my new best friend
I have actually only run one race(!), which was the Race for Life in Nottingham in July 2002. I raised £250. At the moment I'm off running due to 'shinsplints' although I haven't sought professional
getting shinsplints and finding it is hindering my running so would love some advice...
