I have been training now for 10 weeks and am utterly addicted. I started with the race for life training programme and have just this week achieved 40 mins contin running!

Looking forward to doing a my first ever race. A 10K this winter sometime.Never thought I would enjoy running but with the right shoes and encouragement it's been great.

Left UK in Sept 02 and now running in NZ where getting out in the winter is somewhat nicer than it was in Co.Durham (altho' I really missed doing the Blaydon Race this June). Loads of hassles

I work in North Africa (the Sahara)My Favourite off road running shoes are the INOV 8 range. My favourite race is the Dursley Dozen only done it once but will repeat. I want to break 80 minutes

I am fit, but dont run, i bike swim and train in other classes in the gym, spin classes etc. I have made a pact to do the london marathon with a friend who wants to get fit..i have ran a 10k race
