I am doing Cancer Research's Race for Life (Women only) for the 6th time this year. I am looking for running tips and shoe reviews (especially motion control ones).
I have been training now for 10 weeks and am utterly addicted. I started with the race for life training programme and have just this week achieved 40 mins contin running!
Looking forward to doing a my first ever race. A 10K this winter sometime.Never thought I would enjoy running but with the right shoes and encouragement it's been great.
Left UK in Sept 02 and now running in NZ where getting out in the winter is somewhat nicer than it was in Co.Durham (altho' I really missed doing the Blaydon Race this June). Loads of hassles
