I've been a fun runner for 2 years but for the last year I've done speed & hill sessions and I'm becoming competative (and would one day like to beat my dad in a race)!

I have been injured and a little lazy over the last 2 years before that I was running around 70 miles per week including 2 speed sessions. Now I am coming back and I plan to run 2 marathons this year.

to improve my speed, I started doing a weekly coached track session and to my amazement, finished a 5 mile multi-terrain race in less than 50' for the first time. Feeling was fantastic. Then disaster struck
