i have also completed the himalayan 100 mile stage race while injured, not the wises thing to do but worth it!!!

Enjoy running at lunchtime with work pals. Running for me is about relaxing the mind and enjoying being outside with friends. We race each other to improve our fitness but do not enter races

Total new to running; want to get to a stage where I can do a few races a year for charity but also push myself to PB's as much as possible.

but like the way it makes me feel. I am aiming to get to a stage where I feel able to enter charity races and also where running becomes like a second nature to me.

I have tried running at various stages in the past but have never stuck to it. I think the reasons are because I went out too hard and didn't have a race to aim for so no goal. This time I am looking

Incksulin-dependent diabetic, diagnosed in 1995. However, since then have completed the 100 Mile Himalayan Stage Race (1996) and the Comrades in South Africa (1997). Now getting back into some sort

Have just started to run again, want to do more to keep fit and enter more races (however don't think I'll ever be at the stage of winning one!!). Ambition to complete the London Marathon.
