i am a beginner hoping to improve my fitness level and asperations to run in a competitive race at some stage this year
i have also completed the himalayan 100 mile stage race while injured, not the wises thing to do but worth it!!!
Enjoy running at lunchtime with work pals. Running for me is about relaxing the mind and enjoying being outside with friends. We race each other to improve our fitness but do not enter races
Total new to running; want to get to a stage where I can do a few races a year for charity but also push myself to PB's as much as possible.
