Switching from strength/explosion sports American Football & Rugby to Half-Marathon training
I enjoy strength training, Football, Music, Films, Cooking and Reading
My main resaon for running is to maintain my fitness and strength for Motor Racing
I have been doing pilates for 5 years which i feel helps with strength.
