Go jogging to supplement other sportive activities, which are soccer and tennis

I regularly dance flamenco and ballet, and dabble in a few yoga classes to supplement the ballet and running.

My sport is Indoor Rowing and I take part in comps throughout the country and train for this 6 days a week and like to supplement my training with cycling, running etc.

I haven't run in 6 years and am mainly interested in Tae Kwon Do. I intend to use running to supplement diet, TKD and the gym to help me lose weight.
