Odd combo of a bodybuilder and a mountain runner. I never run on flat surfaces- uphill training only! Even treadmills are set to serious slope. Hey, everyone's got to be good at something...

After 30+ years running and 2 knee ops I have now switched to cycling as my main activity but still run on flat/soft surfaces to maintain fitness for cycling. I miss the "buzz" of competitive racing

I've hit 106kgs :(Nearly 20 years ago I ran almost every day, 30 mins run. I see running as the best way to harden myself up again. I run on soft surfaces, in the woods/trail. Say Hi if you like :)

have been running for 27+ years.to manymiles on hard surfaces,only last 8 yrshave managed to get 99% off road ontoforest trails,much better on your joints.away from re-tards(yobs)& fumes!.
