6' tall and 150 lbs weight, running for 30+ years in almost all those shoebrands. No matter the weather type or surface, snow, ice, asphalt. I just do it!
I enjoy runs of many types on various surfaces and always like a challenge. I am also a qualified Leader in Running Fitness with the Athletics Federation
Odd combo of a bodybuilder and a mountain runner. I never run on flat surfaces- uphill training only! Even treadmills are set to serious slope. Hey, everyone's got to be good at something...
After 30+ years running and 2 knee ops I have now switched to cycling as my main activity but still run on flat/soft surfaces to maintain fitness for cycling. I miss the "buzz" of competitive racing
I've hit 106kgs :(Nearly 20 years ago I ran almost every day, 30 mins run. I see running as the best way to harden myself up again. I run on soft surfaces, in the woods/trail. Say Hi if you like :)
I'm 28 and compete for Fleet & Crookham AC. I compete relatively seriously though at a mediocre level. I enjoy racing over all surfaces though enjoy excellent training surroundings in the area where
