Im 26 years of age have recently taken up running to try and lose more weight lost 3 stone last year from swimming so thought see if i can try running now that i can..lol.so any tips well apreciated.
I grew up playing soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, basketball, and swimming, but after going to a college that was too academically demanding I let myself go a just a bit. I am still in shape but need
