I have only just started running and have joined 2 races this year, I also swim and play badminton and walk.
If I could swim as far as I can run AS I would rather be in the water
Looking for like-minded people who want to run, cycle or swim to keep fit.Like to enter a couple of races a year to keep me motivated.
Having a nice steady year this year, not many races and sticking with max half marathons. Using ballroom/latin dance classes and swimming as cross training.
dont run as much as i use to. just try to keep fitness levels up while training in the gym for hypertrophy. also cross train w swimming nowadays to keep injuries down.
I go circuit training once a week for an hour. Have been swimming regularly in the past and played badminton occasionaly. I use some exercise equipment at home now and again.
Time to get up off my bum and get doing. I like swimming running and cycling. Sounds like triathlon may be my bag!
I am really active athlete who goes to gym everyday. I swim once a week and go for mountain climbing every other week.
I used to do ironman triathlons 1500m swim, 120km bike and 42km run. that was 20 years ago so trying to get back into it.
