the Venice Marathon. Co-founded the Hillingdon Biathlon Club in 1984 to teach youngsters to run and swim. I have lost touch and do not know if it is still functioning although most of the youngsters I knew

need it. Just for clarity, I have paid the £245 race fee up front. I do not have a 'free' charity slot.Ironman UK involves a 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike ride and then running a full 26.2 mile marathon

and bicycle in the gym and do weights but if they are very bad then I cannot even bike. Very boring and dull and talk about frustrating AAAARHHHHH. I run about 7-7.30 minute mile when things are swimming

go the gym once a week for toning with weights or swimming. I run about 15 to 20 miles a week at the moment and love it so much. What a great stress reliever and I've managed to maintain my weight

would get up on a saturday morning at 5 am for swimming- and not to brag, but i was the best in class, i loved it, then straight from there, to gymnastics which i also loved. I just hated the competitive
