I don't compete in Triathlon because my swimming is poor, but I love duathlon but this was not an option

I am an Assistant Manager at a local leisure centre I have represented my county in swimming in my younger days I was junior triathlon champion at the age of 15, I am now a qualified swimming

I'm running & cycling training 4 the ironbridge triathlon this year 2007 - but I havn't started swimming yet...I need a miracle...GOT ONE! River Flooded! No Swim!
