I have a pain in my upper thigh
I am having a few problems with cramp type pain in my thigh. could it do with my job as i do a lot of driving and the pain is in my right thigh ?
I am interested in finding out more about stretches that runners should do particulay for the hip bone muscle area and outer thigh band.
Have taken to sand dune running as part of my training recently. It has really added something to my speed - as well as the size of my thighs !!
Had a major (right leg thigh abductor) muscle tear on July 27, 2004 and would like any suggestions for a quick heal
Constant Knee, thigh and lower back pain during 2010, due to old injuries not treated properly over the years. Had orthotics made August 2010, now running with neutral shoe, running slightly better
