out to see how I went on, suprisingly not too bad as long as I did'nt go too over my threshold.Anyway, feels great...does'nt it!!!

Starting out on my 2nd year of running I ran my first race in March, 14 mins faster than last year coming in 11th (previously 52nd). My current run program is normally a 7k threshold, 10k easy run
