Just generally enjoy running, enjoying it less at the moment though as in training for the dublin marathon - first one and just hope that i get around!!

I use to do alot of running as training for novice rowing about 7 years ago. Now getting back into fitness and would like to compete at races and improve my general fitness.

I run short distances (3-5 miles) for overall general fitness, plus do sprint sets and interval training to help improve aerobic and anerobic performance for kickboxing.

generally always enjoyed running, and hoping to improve my times as i keep training, compete mainly on the track over middle distances but enjoy a good run on the road from time to time

Started running January 2005 in training for Great North Run in September 2005 and the Toronto Marathon on October 2005. Attending the gym 3 times a week to try and get my general fitness level up
