got the bug for running aiming for a half marathon later this year need a training plan to follow and a little advice
I am training mainly for the GNR this year. I started running in 2004 and this is the first time I have run to a training plan, lets see if it works!
I am currently training to run the London Marathon in April!! I would really appreciate a training plan from anyone else who is doing this!!
Ran(?)in 2002 London Marathon as mid-life therapy!. Am expecting a free place in 2007 so plan to start training again soon. Will certainly train more this time.
i aiming to run 2-four marathons in october 2008 to raise maney for two jersey based charities, i have begun training and am lookign for advise on training plans, recovery tips etc:
i started running 5 months ago. so far i have ran one 4 mile race. i am planning another race in february. i find having a future race planned helps get motivated to train
I am planning to do the Chicago marathon in 2008 (Oct 5th). I am currently nearing the end of a walking a marathon training programme. Over the autumn / winter I plan to progress from walking
Trained and ran Bath Half Marathon 2007 then lost running due to several reasons back now - plan another half maybe 2009 or 2010
I completed the Blackpool Half marathon in 2006 in 3 hours. I'm planning on actually doing some training before I attempt to run again!
This year I am planning a 50 mile cross country run to raise money for the charity that helped my daughter- any tips/advise on training or fundraising welcome ?!
