In fact, I used to run when I was 16 in France. I stopped for a while and came back to this sport recently. I plan windermere marathon next year and look forward to getting trained for it.

Hi, I have run a half and 10k a good few years ago when I lived in Kent but want to get back in to shape so I'll be hittin the street of fleet to train for 08 Fleet half...well that the plan!

I'm 44yrs old and I only started running in jan 08, my target is the snowdonia marathon, planning to do a couple of short runs and two half marathons by august then concentrate on marathon training

i began to run for cardio training in order to lose weight, but after i lost 10kg on a treadmill i gained the confidence to run outdoors and wow.. it's great, i have six 10km planned with a half
