As part of work I travel all over the UK so I find running is something I can do anywhere. I always like to find somewhere to run whilst away, not far from hotel and preferably away from traffic

I run. I write. I travel. I teach. It must be the perfect life to combine them all. Am doing Cruce de los Andes 2012 next month; it's going to be a tough but wonderful experience.
