just started running mainly to keep fit and I enjoy running outdoors. I have a treadmill, which I hardly use. I work shifts so I fit in running where I can.
I have decided I really want to get into running as I can currently run for around 4-5 miles on treadmill. I would like to start running properly and just applied to do a 10k run and have decided
i run at the treadmill for about 25 minutes mixing it up with running flat and then running slightly at a hill. then i finish up with a 3 minute sprint. after a few minute break i go on the cycling
I have enjoyed running for around 10 years both outdoors and on the treadmill - I have to admit I am a bit of a fairweather runner though and perhaps need a bit more encouragement when it's colder

Currently doing most of my running on a treadmill to aid in the recovery from sciatica. I find it easier on my joints and less jarring on my back. For me, it`s what works best for the moment.
