I run most days a week both outdoors and treadmill!! I am entering my 1st half marathon this year and I am also running the British 10k. I just love to run!!!

I'm just starting out. I prefer running on the treadmill but want to take part in 5k/10k races so have started to get back outside. I am slow, I basically jog rather than run. I hate running in wind

in 2007 i ran 410 miles on a treadmill in 7 days breaking the record but loosing it straight away so i attempted it again in july 2009 and ran 468.04 miles which is now confirmed as a new guinness
