Just got into running in last 6 months - making transition from treadmill to outdoors!
New to running Just with a wing and a prayer managed to run 5 miles on treadmill
Just started road running recently. Used to use treadmill. Now road run on average 3 x wk, 6 miles each.. Run twice weekly on treadmill in gym to build up speed etc. Hope to do first 10k in may.
I've done most of my running on treadmills, but am just about to do my first race. On the treadmill I usually manage 5k in around 22-24 minutes and 10km in 50-52 minutes.
Hi there. 36 years old. A beginner who was dragged kicking and screaming unto a treadmill.Since starting to run, I love running on the treadmill. Gonna take things one step at a time.
Im just starting to to some half marathons and 10k races after years of treadmill training and enjoying the experience
I spend half my life at sea so split my running between the country lanes near home and the treadmill at work
At the moment, because of work and my children i am only jogging on the treadmill, however i do hope this year to enter in to some events.
I really am a beginner.....hitting the treadmill at work whilst my muscles get used to moving again..
First time running properly - I keep having bouts on the treadmill and then getting bored - maybe its time to hit the great outdoors... :)
