I seem to have a permanent foot injury so am restricted to swimming and the gym if I can keep myself away from the treadmill.
i am very new to this, treadmill and short road runs only, but am looking to up my pace/distance.
Really want to get off treadmill and on the road. Need to improve time for 5k in order to move on to 10k.
Just getting interested in running to keep fit after buying a treadmill and starting jogging at weekends with my partner.
With having young children I found it hard to get to the gym. So getting a treadmill is great. Maybe even a race! We will see.
