Run for triathlons
Thought about triathlon in my late 40s. Joined the Serpentine Running Club. Now more into running and swimming than biking.
Enjoy doing triathlons mainly, and adventure racing, mountain biking, running obviously is part of most of the sports I enjoy

Enthusiastic (but very average!) runner - I took up triathlon and now appreciate the fact that my 'just turned 40' joints get a bit of respite with the bike and swim. Live in Southend, married with 2
I used to do ironman triathlons 1500m swim, 120km bike and 42km run. that was 20 years ago so trying to get back into it.
22 year old interested in improving my running ability, with a view to also competing in Triathlons in the future - after affording a road bike that is (student - sob!)
I have completed the Coast 2 Coast bike ride this year, doing the great north run and also want to do a triathlon next year.
Have competed for Ireland in triathlon and I am currentley the Irish Nation Sprint Tri champ (750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run).
I did the Manchester 10K and the Salford Triathlon Sprint this year.I've also competed in mountain bike races Mountain Mayhem, SSWC.
