I would like to do the Great north next year in training prep for my first/only marathon & triathlon. I find running a huge mental challange, but it's great for keeping young forever. Life is a gift

i do the winter and summer toughguy each year along with 1/2 marathon , novice triathlon and the british 10kthese events all happen from Jan to Julyso Aug to Dec is lazy timeall other running
