My first race was the Liverpool 10K road race in October 2003, due to illness and being off work for 3 months I did no races in 2004 but to make up for things and get myself back into some sort

Got into Triathlon in 2004. What a laugh! 2005 was Marathon year london & Chicago. 2006 Triathlon was supposed to be Ironman but came off my bike in training cracked ribs and punctured lung prevented
