I am doing a novice triathlon in may and am very nervous! hoping to get some tips on training and racing without looking like a complete idiot!
Want to take part in more races for charity, whilst pushing my levels of fitness and acheiveing tougher targets, ultimately would like to complete a triathlon.
Have been completeing in Triathlons since 1990, Just returned from the world Championships in Madeira where racing (poorly) for the GB age group team.
