Started running again a few months back after a year or so out and loving every minute. Just starting to run in some races, and determined to do a triathlon next year...

I mainly run ultra races and I do ultra triathlon. My current weekly mileage is between 110 and 130 miles per week.
I joined my local triathlon club last year and started racing soon after. I am looking forward to my first full year or racing and will taking part in my first half marathon in Brighton at the end
Started with 5km Race for Life (walking), then 10km Race for Life (running), completed the GSR in a respectable 1:28:19 and now training for a 1/2 marathon in Feb 2013, followed by a sprint triathlon

I am in my first full Triathlon Season and have 7 races (both triathlon and duathlones) booked. I have also got a half marathon in September and I'm thinking about a Marathon in the US in October
