I have just started training again, I have been injured over the last 18 months or so and now finally getting over it! I am now training for the Rother Valley British Triathlon Championships
training to move into triathlons.
Did 3 local sprint triathlons and half marathons in each of 2003 to 2005, and the NY Marathon in 2005. Training drifted off after that, but got back into a training regime in Nov 2010 and completed
First Triathlon (and any sort of running too!) this year. 7 weeks into training (@ 7th March) and going well so far. Just need more time to train but with with work, DIY and young family it
I had train mainly for triathlon (olympic distance PB 2:17). I had run since today 6 marathin's (PB 3:08). I want to run marathon less than 3h. I'm specialy interest of training advices.
