I am currently new to thr running, hoping to lose weight and to get more fit.Also taken up golf and looking at joining a gym to work on my upper body strength.
i am 12 and i love to run. i play golf for upper body strength wich helps in sprints. i want to be a athlete when i am older, but i can nethier afford good things for running.
marathon in sub 3:45 (dreamworld sub 3:30, but being realistic with it being my first), 3) To increase my upper body strength and abs.
for building leg strength.I as well as other leg exercises I also do chin-ups, chest presses and other similar exercises for upper body.
