so reasonably regularly since the spring. After recently changing jobs, I now work sensible(ish!) hours and have been able to pick up the volume and distance since August. My plan at the moment

't stand up to the intensity or volume of training required to compete at a decent level. Everything just hurt and the problems would keep recurring, even after rest and rehab. I still love running

girls, hated the sheer volume of people and the mass scrum at each water station. Love my medal, don't quite love my photos as much - why did I get my Mum's thick thigh genes?? Will I do another one
