Love Running, adventure, walking, drinking, laughs, snow boarding, good books, pc's, holidays. I took up running to be competative, and achieve good times...oh and the medals of course.
i have recently decided to try running to lose weight though spend more time walking than actually running. it is so hard, will it ever get easier.
I enjoy Kempo-Jujitsu, walking my two dogs, I have recently started running and am training to do my first 5k run, which is for Cancer Research
Started running a couple of months ago following the beginners book by Runners World. Finding it good so far, doing the run/walk thing. Trying to get fit and also de-stress.
Have just started running, am still in the early stages of running/walking but am traing for Race For Life in June 5k.
Pregnant with first child (due 06-16-07,boy) so not currently running....only speed-walking and anticipating being able to run again mid-summer.
I'm taking part in the Sport Relief 6 mile run on 16th March 2008, have not run before ...but have been walking about 30 miles+ a week

Recently decided to stop smoking, man, its hard, but worth it. Found running 20mins (walk/run) removes any craving.
Trying to run doing 3-4 mins then 1 min walking. really got the bug ,more a shufle than a proper run but at least trying
