I am a triathlete, and represented Great Britain as an age grouper at the World Long Distance Triathlon Championships last year in Sweden.

Was a very keen Triathlete, completing the BTA GP series gaining a silver medal and competing in the world championships in Nice 05/10/1986. All a very long time ago!

Been running since age 11, XC, fell, road, ultra. Then discovered triathlon. Have done every conceivable distance plus! Now coaching as well as competing. Been to numerous European and World

Have been completeing in Triathlons since 1990, Just returned from the world Championships in Madeira where racing (poorly) for the GB age group team.

Former Irish Champion, Irish Universities Champion and World Masters Champion in Rowing. Also rowed for Ireland at 2002 Home Countries Regatta and for Northern Ireland at 2002 Commonwealth Rowing
