Entered London Marathon this year running for WellChild. I am running two longer sessions a week (10mile - 20mile)and aiming for 4.30 min / km - 4.45 min /km depending on distance and weather.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to split training sessions? I try to run at lunchtime, or in the evenig if I have to, but sometimes I don't have enough time really for either, so i split my session. I try to make the two total slightly more
I have been running through the winter4 times a week about 14/15mile.Now thelight nights are here and being a keengolfer im playing more golf but also want to keep running;should i do two longer running sessions instead of the four shorter sessions
