I've just been diagnosed with Mortons Neuroma and was wondering if anyone else has had it and is there a quick fix...? The doctor recommends rest, as usual... and replacing running with cycling for a while and as a last resort possible injections

I have just had morton's neuromas comfirmed on both feet, six in total, and some of the largest the Doc had seen (2.5cm long). I've noticed them for the last year and run London with them. I ignored them at my peril and now can only run occasionally
