intended. Problem is I liked the discipline of the schedules,and I'm finding it hard to get a new one for Blackpool to help with the speed. I don't want to start a schedule from scratch as they all seem to presume that runners (like me) have no endurance

number of runners seem to be veggie or vegan Actually new york was pretty good - there is a big health food shop seeling lots of raw goodies which I stocked up on while I was there Hi, I have been vegetarian since the age of eighteen.  I don't eat eggs
