pre-run nutrition

the conclusion that this is caused by simply not having enough fuel in the tank.I'm wondering if people have any tried and tested pre-run snacks they could suggest I try....Thanks! Not really tried and tested, as I usually run first thing in the morning

?many thanksIan What's your pre-WO nutrition like? Well last night i had fish, chips & peas an hour before run. (cheese sarnie at lunchtime, bran flakes & yoghurt for breakfast) Maybe you need more sugar? Why not try taking lucozade with you or some sweets too

. Nutrition Mark. that and you may need to slow the paceWhat are you taking on board during these runs? You shouldn't "hit the wall" in a half marathon, and certainly not at the 10 miles mark.Is it dehydration - have you been running in hot weather
