Help for younger runner with regards to training/protein shakes

/1500 currently running around 2.05 at 800m. He trains 3 times a week with his club, 1 day a week on his own (recovery run approx 35mins) he also does 1 weight and 1 core session (planks, push ups etc) with his club on the nights above for 30mins, he does do other

5 marathons in 5 days. Training advice please!

nutrition is like, how much you rest, any muscles you already have, stress....loads of things!) but 2-3 weeks? I'd be amazed if your all fixed by then especially if what your saying is you attempted to run bot long ago and irritated the recovery process

'd suggest doing very little in between, just some recovery runs and maybe a few short sharp runs, one slightly longer run, and eat lots of pasta! Mr JJ2 did just that last year in Sept/Oct & got faster at each 1 resulting in a pb of 1h 37 in the third one

Can anybody help me with my Carb intake?

'm no nutrition expert, but what about protein?  How much are you getting?If you're training hard you'll need protein (and maybe specific types / combinations?) to aid recovery and build muscle.  Are you vegan?  Otherwise yoghurt or cheese are good complements
