Looking for a suggestion for shoes to buy for off road.
Looking for a suggestion for shoes to buy for off road running. Rather than hit the treadmill again and risk my shin splints I thought that I would give off road running a try so I need some good (cheap) shoes to start with to see how I am going

Any off-road events in the Midlands region?
Hi, I ran the 14.5mile off-road Belvoir challenge yesterday and really enjoyed it. It was not on the list of events on runner's world, so I was wondering if anyone knew of other, similar events? There are not a lot in the Midlands region on here
