FLM 2006 Sub 4 hours

.........I got 3:59:52 (the joy of 8 seconds!) including badly twisting my ankle at Mile 4 which scuppered a few plans to say the least...........and have since gone on to PB at 5K twice (taking over 2mins off), Olympic Triathlon (by 10 mins) and complete
