i was hoping runners world would have pace setters in next months liverpool marathon, i'm sure they had them for the half marathon, does anyone know if they have? mang more fine!

runs. For the 20 milers, I was suppose to run them at different paces. First one: 8:38. Second one:8:17. Third one: 8:07. Anyway, I did all three successfully and was always within 3 to 5 seconds of the pace. The speed work had me topping out at 4 X
