I am a 1st time Mom...it took pregnancy to get me to start running-because I never had the guts/motivation to do it!I am so Happy I am loving it!
I have not been running in events for a while due to pregnancy and would like to start again with 10k, 5k and cross country runs in my area - please can you keep me updated with what is going on. Thank you

I have run quite regularly for 24 years although not competatively in the last 16 years as I have had 8 children. I have found running helped me to keep fit durring my pregnancies and lose weight afterwards. I am a firm believer in keeping fit

. By the way uou should not run with baby in a buggy until it is three months old. Good luck with the pregnancy and birth.
