The whole concept of expanding this to price comparison...

as generally the better products are higher price, however cheaper products may offer better fit/purpose for the individual.I believe a display of price is appropriate but I do not believe a 'cheapest price' option is necessary, as you say a quick internet

How should we organise search

Structural search/sub search would get you to the desired review etc more easily.so may be as na example:seach 1: "General Product Headings" ie Trainers, wet weather gear, watches, etc..then search 2: Male/Female then search 3 preffered brand name
