: tastyworks Overall: I was sceptical about these products but decided to give some a go. This is the best recovery drink I tried. Taste is good, although I did find powdery lumps to be a mild issue. I felt noticably less stiff and with more energy after a long
mixing bottle and would say the the banana flavour tastes the nicest as the others taste slightly synthetic . As far as recovery it certainly does the job that its supposed to. The main benefit of this product is the fact that you can mix it with water
