marathon, seemed to go on for ages and left my feet/legs intact. These shoes have undone all that. Poorly made and frankly a bit of a rip off. Janet Short: BRILLIANT! Strengths: Waterproof - tested time and time again off-road through muddy trails
In short:Off-road shoe with a low-profile, dual-density midsole Mercy Morris: GOOD OFF -ROAD SHOE Strengths: Good grip on most surfaces, good fit, very comfortable and flexible Weaknesses: Good grip on most surfaces, good fit, very comfortable

these, and I feel in control of where I put my feet. Not suitable for the winter (off-road or trails). The grip works well in the summer, but they are terrible in mud and on wet grass.
In short:Basic, stable trail shoe Mercy Morris: COMFORTABLE AND GRIPPY, BUT A BIT STIFF AND HEAVY Strengths: good grip on most surfaces, ok on short stretches of road, comfy Weaknesses: good grip on most surfaces, ok on short stretches of road
In short:Adidas' long-standing cushioning model is based on the Supernova Cushion shoe, but has adiprene in the heel and adiprene under the toes.
In short:This shoe is suitable for both on-and-off-road use, and features a medial post and plastic midfoot shank for stability
In short:Water resistant shoe, with tightly woven mesh and a gusseted tongue.
In short:Stable, cushioned off-roader with medial post, grippy outsole and reinforced uppers
