I know this sounds like a really stupid question, but as someone who has only ever completed road races etc, will I need proper trail shoes for this race or will I get by in my normal shoes?hhmm Wear normal ones. But not your brand new pair mind

you about my holiday in Cornwall.On Monday, Granddad went for a run and came back complaining about the hills. Then we all went to the zoo. I saw lions, penguins, Zebras, Monkeys and pumas. Best of all though, I liked the rabbits.On Tuesday, Granddad
