Pyramid run

At the moment i'm currently into week 5 of the 8week 10K training schedule as of friday i'll be doing a pyramid session 1K,2K,3K slightly slower than my 10K pace.The question is how is the pyramid run? Is it a case of 3K then 3K plus 2K ,then 3K

Pyramid session

I decided to try a pyramid session tonight, with a warm-up followed by 1, 2, 3, 4, 3, 2, 1 mins of hard running with recoveries that were half the time of the previous effort (ie 30 secs recovery after 1 min, 1 min recovery after 2 mins effort etc

the pyramids from hotel doorstep - they are massive, splendid awesome - only problem is the air is so filthy they are just a faint shape despite only being about a mile away.Have fantastic Friday's one and all, will try & update as we go along but the website
