, some a bit longer at a fast pace, some hill reps & some slow/jog. I believe the term can be translated "speed play". Intervals are more structured, and can either be all the same distance at the same speed with a recovery, or could also be a "pyramid

't run early you will have to concentrate on getting at least two high quality sessions a week and as many ordinary miles as you can. The quality runs would include a tempo run and some form of intervals, maybe 400/600/800 pyramids.JJ JJCan you elaborate
