So this will be my 2nd race of the year and the very 1st 10k race I have ever done. It will also be almost 10% of my 100 race miles I'm doing this year for Macmillan. Does anyone know the hillyness of this one - it said undulating but given the last

Love this race, highlight of the racing calender, the only thing that could improve it is racing chips.....They've only gone and introduced one. Incredibly great value with a couple of "ahem" relatively testing hills. Please, please can we have
10K races but over the coming year I hope to run another 3 10K races, a few Half Marathons and a full Marathon in October! Need advice and support.

I competed in last year's 10k so decided to try this one. Looking forward to the 20th. It will be my first race for more than 12 months but it's local, not too far and should be a good way to ease myself back into it. I'm looking forward
