Does anyone have any tasty (low fat) recipes that they want to share?
There are often interesting (and easy) recipes in RW. Does anyone know if there is a RW book of recipes or are there plans to publish a compilation? Don't know about a book, but you can access lots of recipes on-line if you go to the RW BIG recipe

I've just tried the Blueberry Muffin recipe from the March 2008 issue of RW and whilst I concede that they are low fat compared to the real thing, they are also low on taste! I'd rather eat the blueberrys on their own and I REALLY LOVE CAKE

Anyone got any good pasta or other high carbohydrate recipes to eat before racing? i always tend to just boil some pasta shells. At the same time boil up a pasta sause (dolmio or something similair) and chop up and place salami, chorizo, ham
