hi do any of you guys use these recovery drinks after long runs? i use them in my other sport as i get DOMS after long distance rides and i find they do help I make my own Use For Goodness Shakes. Find I'm much less sore after a tough training

to have a SIS powered recovery drink, TBH, I didn't notice any difference, if anything, it seemed to make me more thirsty throughout the day.I think I'll stick with squash and salt pint of bitterbest post-run carbohydrate recovery drink going
